You enter the flat through a small hallway and find yourself in the living room, from which a spacious kitchen leads off. From the living room, a small corridor leads to the adjoining rooms, which consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and window. Air conditioning provides the heat. Everything is in good condition, but perhaps no longer meets our modern tastes.
Via Carducci is a dead end and absolutely quiet. Nevertheless, it is only a few steps to the city centre.
The Santa Teresa Gallura marina is also in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful beach of the town centre, Rena Bianca, is approx. 1 km away, while the beaches of Capo Testa, Baia S. Reparata, La Marmorata and Porto Quadro, to name but a few, are within a radius of 3-5 km.
The international airport ‘Costa Smeralda’ and the harbours of Olbia and Golfo Aranci with year-round ferries to Italy are about 60 km away. From the harbour of Santa Teresa Gallura there are daily connections to Corsica and the port of Bonifacio.
